Homemade salsa

August is ofently time of year to prepare homemade salsa. It is quite simple, you just need pelati (type of tomato), a bit of sugar, salt, balsamico..

Cook for at least 3 hours, puree, cook short again and it is done. It goes great with home made pasta, rice, eggs, almost everything..
